Let’s keep riding though in the cold weather. Next year may be colder, before riding, let’s prepare our bike and body to ready.  

Good quality base layers will be constructed from high-tech synthetic fabrics designed to wick sweat away from your body. They are designed for high intensity workouts and racing in cold weather. Not only can it provides an extra layer of warmth, it also pulls sweat from your skin, which will keep you dryer and warmer. Good quality cycling base layers should be comfortable and close-fitting, like a second skin. Great stretch and fit for optimal freedom of movement. Cold weather is probably the most common reason why cyclists wear a base layer.
