Specialized Allez Sprint Comp<\/strong> is an almost budget friendly that is highly capable for race. It is an aluminium bike rather than being carbon, add lot of value into this bike. But we’re not<\/strong> going to just call it a regular aluminium bike.<\/p>\n

If you similiar with Specialized what they did on the Allez Sprint is that they use Tarmac fork<\/strong> which is carbon<\/strong>, and aerodynamic seat post<\/strong> like from the previous generation Venge<\/strong>. And a fan-favorite Body Geometry Power saddle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Specialized Sprint Comp also comes up with a welding technology<\/strong> combined with high quality aluminium technology that make this bike heads and above other aluminium bikes.<\/p>\n

To construct the bottom bracket, the company used a lower-heat method called brazing<\/strong> (as opposed to high-heat welding) to mimic the strong and stiff high-volume hollow shape of bottom brackets used by carbon frame manufacturers. The bottom bracket, with additional shaping to meet up smoothly with the aero frame tubes. This moves the welds (and their heating impact) away from the typical joint location to increase overall frame stiffness. It makes the frame lighter and has sophisticated look, really beautiful.<\/p>\n

This frame has a unique down tube, bottom bracket shell, and head tube, plus fork sizes that correspond to frame size. Tube shapes have also been aerodynamically optimized to slice through the wind.<\/p>\n

It makes Allez Sprint run so fast equal with with carbon race bike. Even better, it performs all of the above at a price that’s affordable for any racer’s budget<\/p>\n

The Shimano 105 hydraulics have dreamy modulation and control, especially in wet conditions. The Praxis Works-assisted Shimano 105 drivetrain is efficient and geared for speed with its 52\/36 rings and 11-28 cassette, and the 105 hydraulic discs are excellent for late, consistent braking when attacking corners. An S-Works FACT carbon fork that helps reduce some of the bike\u2019s weight and road chatter, although our model still came in at a weighty 8.28kg for the complete build.<\/p>\n
